When you purchase an Accomation product or service, we request information like your name, address, and telephone number to ensure accuracy in your payment details. This data is utilized to establish or manage your Accomation account.

Upon registration, you're required to create user credentials (user ID and password), along with providing an email address for communication purposes, such as order confirmations or updates on your account's status.

While using Accomation, the Client typically imports documents (e.g. PDF’s as well as scanned image documents) through our application, by email, via our API or a third party integration partner. Imported Documents will then be processed by the core extraction engine to generate Parsed Content.

In order to prepare your Accounts, to make an entry work, to provide advice about tax matters, and/or to provide an audit services, we gather information such as sales data, purchase records, business expenses, and bank statements, collectively referred to as account data.

Uploaded documents will be processed to provide you structured data by our automated data-extraction tool using deep learning approach and artificial intelligence. The uploaded document will be retained and used for further research, development and training of the artificial intelligence and will be deleted. This processing is based, in the context of approved regulations, on legitimate interests of Accomation.

During your website visits, we may collect standard browser information like IP address, browser type, and previously visited pages to understand your interactions with our site.

We collect information if you post a comment on our Platforms, websites or ask us a question through phone or email. We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our Platform.

We use information to respond to your requests or questions. We might use your information to confirm your order or purchase or specification for your typical need(s).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or business data with external parties for promotional or marketing purposes, either within or outside of Accomation.

We maintain copies of your completed data and business information according to our Records and Information Management Policy, which may also aid in guaranteeing claims or provide data copies upon request.

From time to time, we take backup of your data on Accomation Site and App. This is done for the purpose of enabling Users to get their data back in case their phone's data becomes unusable, or phone gets lost, or the User moves to a new phone device. We also use this backup to provide useful insights and information related to their spends such as weekly spends in a month, insights related to spend behaviour, etc., and to provide information related to User spends, patterns and User data in the form of aggregated and anonymized statistics on data such as User spends by category, date, time, bank balances, etc.

Wherever you are required to submit Data, you will be given options to restrict our use of that Data.
This may include the following:
• Use of Data for direct or indirect marketing purposes; and
• You have the right to ask for a copy of any of your personal Data held by Accomation.
• You have the right to withdraw consent necessary to use the services provided by Accomation at any time.
You have the right for your data to be deleted from the servers and databases of Accomation.

Accomation employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal and business data from unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse. We regularly review and update our security procedures to ensure effectiveness.
Sensitive information transmission, such as bank statements, is encrypted during transmission. Our staff undergoes training to uphold data security standards.
