Job Overview:

We are hiring a BDM for our Sales and Partnerships team. This full-time role is based in Ahmedabad. You will build partnerships, drive offline lead generation and expand our presence across CA networks, SME communities and industry events. And work closely with the founders to help position Accomation.io as the preferred platform for accounting automation. About Accomation.io Accomation.io is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps businesses and accounting firms automate their pre-accounting work. We integrate with Tally to make accounting faster, easier and audit-ready. Your Responsibilities • Identify and onboard partners like Tally resellers, GST centers and consultants • Build partner training material, sales kits and referral tracking processes • Engage with ICAI chapters, BNI networks and CA communities • Conduct workshops, presentations and demos for CA firms • Plan and manage participation in expos, trade fairs and offline events • Meet CA firms and SME clusters to convert them into trial users • Collect market insights on pricing, feature needs and user behaviour What Success Looks Like • Steady partner additions each quarter • Regular CA firm demos and strong offline lead flow • Good trial-to-paid conversions and measurable partner revenue • Clear tracking of event ROI and lead quality What We Expect • 3-6 years of business development experience • Strong networks within CA and tax practitioner communities • Confident communication, pitching and negotiation skills • Experience in offline lead generation and partnerships • Willingness to travel for meetings and events • Comfort using CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot Why Join Us Work closely with founders, help shape our partner ecosystem and contribute to fast-paced growth.
