At ACCOMATION.IO, the Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist is the voice behind our brand and the engine behind our growth. We're a FinTech & SaaS company transforming pre-accounting workflows, and we're looking for someone who can turn ideas into engagement, engagement into leads, and leads into business growth.

In this role, you will:

* Build and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube

* Create engaging content including reels, blogs, webinars & campaigns

* Drive qualified leads through performance marketing initiatives

* Collaborate with CA communities, industry partners & influencers

* Plan and execute online and offline marketing events

* Monitor campaign performance, lead funnels & ROI metrics

* Leverage AI tools to create impactful marketing assets

* Work closely with sales and product teams to accelerate growth

Who should apply?

A creative and data-driven marketer who enjoys building brands and generating measurable results. Experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Growth Marketing is preferred. SaaS, FinTech, or B2B marketing exposure is a plus. The right attitude, ownership mindset, and execution skills matter more than years on paper.
