ACCOMATION.IO is a fintech company building smart pre-accounting automation integrated with Tally ERP, and we're growing our team. We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping customers succeed.

In this role, you will:

· Handle customer queries via calls and emails

· Provide remote product assistance and screen-sharing support to customers

· Guide customers through onboarding and basic product training

· Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions

· Perform follow-ups to ensure long-term satisfaction

· Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve the product

Who should apply:

· A Commerce graduate (B.Com/BBA) with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude, freshers welcome.

· Exposure to Tally ERP or accounting software is a bonus (training provided).
