With the Consignee Ledger feature, you can easily manage such cases by maintaining separate details for “Bill To” and “Ship To” parties. This ensures your accounting remains accurate and your records clearly reflect the actual flow of transactions.

  1. Alternate quantity: Work with Multiple Units Effortlessly 

Working with multiple units of measurement often means manually calculating conversions, which can lead to errors and inconsistencies. With Alternate Quantity, you can view and manage different units and their conversions directly in Accomation.io based on the setup already defined in Tally. When you push the entries, both quantities are accurately reflected in Tally, eliminating manual calculations and ensuring your data stays consistent across systems.

  1. Godown Allocation: Manage Multiple Stock Locations 

Managing stock across multiple godowns can become messy. With Enable Godown, you can allocate and manage your stock across different locations directly within Accomation.io, provided your godowns are already set up in Tally. When you push the entries, the same godown details are automatically reflected in Tally, helping you maintain consistency and avoid doing the same work twice.

  1. Batch Feature: Track your Inventory Batch Wise 

If you maintain your inventory batch-wise, with Enable Batch, you can enter batch details directly while recording transactions in Accomation.io, just like you would in Tally. Once the data is pushed, the batch information is automatically reflected in Tally, ensuring accurate tracking without any additional manual effort.
