Refund Policy

At Accomation.io, we value transparency and fairness in how we handle subscriptions and refunds. Since our product is available with a free trial, customers have the opportunity to evaluate its features and suitability before purchasing.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund only if the request is made within 48 hours of payment.
  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Accomation.io
  • Any applicable processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Refund requests made after 48 hours of payment will not be considered.
  • Subscriptions purchased after a trial are considered final, as customers have already had the chance to experience the product before buying.

Processing of Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds (after deducting processing fees) will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
